TJPI: 179 mil acordos judiciais homologados até hoje (14)

Dados do painel Solucionar apontam que o Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Piauí (TJPI) alcançou hoje (14) a marca de 179.601 acordos judiciais, sendo 6.282 destes homologados durante a Semana Nacional da Conciliação, realizada de 07 a 11 de novembro.
Do total de acordos homologados em 2022, 116.154 foram realizados no 1º Grau de jurisdição, 3.531 no 2º Grau, 59.856 nos Juizados Especiais e 60 nas Turmas Recursais.
Na Semana Nacional de Conciliação, foram 4.200 acordos no 1º Grau, 126 no 2º Grau e 1.956 nos Juizados Especiais.

“Os números demonstram a alta resolutividade dos métodos consensuais de resolução de conflitos. Os métodos autocompositivos possuem alto impacto não apenas na resolução dos problemas, mas também na pacificação social, vez que se constituem do diálogo entre as partes. A solução, por ser construída de maneira dialogada, auxilia no restabelecimento das relações”, declara o juiz Virgílio Madeira, coordenador do Núcleo Permanente de Métodos Consensuais de Solução de Conflitos-Nupemec do Tribunal de Justiça do Piauí.
O magistrado avalia ainda os resultados da VXII Semana Nacional de Conciliação em todo o Piauí: “Alcançamos um excelente resultado em acordos e soluções de conflitos de algumas ações que já estavam tramitando há algum tempo, sem chegar aos resultados esperados pelos autores, e até mesmo em outras, pré-processuais. A meta agora é continuarmos com os ótimos resultados que já vínhamos desenvolvendo ao longo de todo o ano, de forma a disseminar ainda mais a cultura de paz trazida pelos métodos consensuais de solução de conflitos”, pontua Virgílio Madeira.
